Winter: Since 1983 in Summit County 2 Below Zero has been a family-owned business. We are the area's only mule-drawn sleigh ride! The Two Below Zero brand is a 3rd-generation Colorado livestock brand. We focus on quality, customer satisfaction and personal service. Guests return year after year to step back in time and experience traditional, turn-of-the-century sleigh and wagon rides. Dash through a Winter Wonderland on a Beautiful and Majestic Handcrafted Red Sleigh or an Intimate and Private Exclusive Sleigh. All our sleigh rides depart from the Gold Run Nordic Center (Breckenridge Golf Course). The trails are groomed daily and are relatively flat which is essential for a comfortable and safe sleigh ride. We would not force our horses to pull precious cargo dangerously up and then down steep ski slopes. Reservations required Call (970) 453-4405. This intimate sleigh ride is the perfect setting for a proposal, anniversary or any special occasion. Four adults and two lap children are the maximum capacity.

Our Triple treat Sleigh ride at Copper Moutain Stables, departs twice daily, 4:00 and 6:30. Enjoy the ride out to our Mountain Tent where we have a warm fire crackling in the wood stove. Come on inside and listen to live music while roasting that perfect marshmallow to go along with your grahm cracker and chocolate candy bar to make the best S'more ever. $50/ adult $40/child. We also offer Scenic Sleigh RIde. We leave at 5:30 for a beautiful scenic ride that last approximately 45 minutes through the valley of the Ten Mile Range. $35/adult $25/child.

Welcome to Nordic Sleigh Rides, a truly unique Breckenridge experience. Your evening begins with a sleigh ride on custom-built Santa sleighs pulled by huge Belgian draft horses wearing antique brass sleigh bells. Under crisp Colorado skies, the horses deliver your sleigh to a re-creation of an 1860's miners' camp. You'll feel as though you've gone back in time 140 years to Breckenridge's early mining days! As your sleigh is arriving at the camp you will be greeted by the sounds of "rag-time" being played on a piano made in 1895. For your meal, we serve great steaks, barbecue chicken or baked salmon dinners complete with hot apple pie for dessert. Much of your meal will be prepared on an antique wood cook stove that actually came out of a mining camp in 1865.

Let the cold mountain air breeze through your hair while you are whisked through an enchanted Colorado forest on a horse-drawn sleigh or wagon.
