Welcome to the Annual Fundraiser for the Backstage Theatre - “Taste of Broadway II - Seasons of Love” to be held on Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the Breckenridge Theatre, 121 South Ridge Street, Breckenridge, Colorado.

This is an annual fundraiser for the community’s Backstage Theatre, to help fund operational costs and to support year-round programming. “Taste of Broadway II - Seasons of Love” marks the return of last year’s popular wine tasting and Broadway musical event - this year with a decided twist! This fundraiser will not just be a tasting but a total wine experience. Wine isn’t something you simply taste. You enjoy it. You experience it. Each and every bottle is absolutely unique and therefore a different journey each and every time. Wine isn’t just affected by external elements, but also internal elements such as mood and emotion. At “Taste of Broadway II - Seasons of Love”, guests will be served in our comfortable theatre while learning about the wines and enjoying Broadway-style music specially selected to compliment the wine choices.

Musical selections include songs from such varied productions as “Jersey Boys”, “South Pacific”, “The Taffetas”, “Spring Awakening”, and many more. Hors d’oeuvres (including peach gazpacho soup in a cucumber cup, spring rolls, and more) are provided by Hearthstone and Ember. The wine was selected by our sommelier and provided by our organizer from last year, Mr. David Pessel.

This will be a wine tasting event like no other that you won’t want to miss! Tickets: $50 per person.
