Free Spirit Yoga Offers Anusara inspired yoga classes in Summit County, Colorado. Our beautiful mountain setting offers the perfect opportunity to recognize our connection to nature, the earth and with our community. Through our practice of Anusara yoga we learn to celebrate that bond while exploring our own individual uniqueness. The classes, taught by Mary Pat Cropper, RYT and Affiliated Anusara Yoga Instructor, focus on assisting students to investigate and express their uniqueness in all of the poses. Students learn to use the Universal Principles of Alignment as established by John Friend, to help them move safely and with confidence. This practice is energized with spirit so plan to have fun and be challenged to explore the possiblities.
